Our Siete Chamoy Botana Sauce is a sweet and tangy sauce (with a hint of spice!) made using a blend of fruits and peppers. At Siete, we call chamoy “the salsa of snacks!” Tangy, sweet, with a hint of chile, it’s undeniably delicious—and it’s also extremely versatile as a sauce, condiment, and dip. It pairs well with fruit cups, raspas (shaved ice), pickles, and papitas preparadas. Inspired by treats from our favorite snack shops in South Texas that feature chamoy on everything—from fruit cups, and sorbets, to pickles and assorted gummy candies, we created this delightful sauce. Our familia likes adding it to cocktail rims, margaritas, and nut mixes, too! This sauce tastes like dulce preparados, tropical mangonadas, and fruit by the pool on a warm and sunny afternoon.
